- Only six pavilions positioned in key locations affording maximum visibility are available.
- Pavilions, 50' x 20' are carpeted and accessible from all four sides.
- A 4-way, 12'0 x 12'0 x 3'0, banner sign system hung over the Pavilion is included. PFE will print and coordinate installation. Exhibitor provides a print ready graphic file.
- Ten (10) skirted tables, twenty (20) chairs and ten rubbish cans (10).

- Islands are attached at the end of a row of booths accessible on three sides.
- A double-sided banner, 12'0 x 3'0, hung over the island is included. PFE will print and coordinate installation at no charge. Exhibitor provides the print ready graphic file.
- Four (4) skirted tables and eight (8) chairs and 4 rubbish containers.
- Listed as a marketing partner on all printed advertising collateral.

Objective

Forum sponsors will receive:

- Sponsor banner hung behind riser - sponsor provides
- Entrance signage with sponsor logo - PFE provides
- Opportunity to present a maximum of 3 seminars (topics to be agreed upon with HCEE) in the forum area. Other topics will be coordinated by HCEE.
Restrictions
- Exhibitors may only sponsor one forum area.
- Forum area sponsorship is for educational seminars only and cannot be used to supplement or replace product or service sales done at the exhibitor's booth.

Underwriters for Children's Areas
Objective
To gain higher visibility and promotional value through children's activities.
Value
Underwriters will receive:
- Distinct area to conduct age appropriate activities
- Underwriter banner hung in area - underwriter provides
- Entrance signage with underwriter's logo - PFE provides. Signage will display underwriter's logo beneath activity area title.
Restrictions
- Exhibitors may only underwrite one children's area. (Age groups: 2-5 years, lower elementary, upper elementary, middle school, high school)
- Children's areas are for educational purposes only and cannot be used to supplement or replace product or service sales done at the exhibitor's booth.
- Underwriter must staff and supply the activities area

General Underwriting
Value
General underwriter's logo will be placed on:
- It's Your Money handout (minimum of 12,000 will be distributed)
- It's Your Money boards to be displayed at expo (minimum of three 4' x 6' boards)

Expo Grand Prize (One available only)
Objective
To encourage expo attendees to visit their booth.
Sponsor Value
- Contest will be promoted as an incentive to attend the Expo.
- Each expo attendee will receive one entry form, along with a program, upon entry to the expo.
- Sponsor's logo and acknowledgement will be on the entry form and in the Expo program.
- Entries must be dropped off at sponsor's Pavilion/Island requiring each contest entrant to visit the sponsor's Pavilion or Island.
Restrictions
This opportunity is open only to Pavilion or Island exhibitors. Only one expo contest will be available for promotion in expo advertising and upon entry.
Sponsorship Cost
Grand Prize must have a minimum retail value of $5000. Example: Family vacation to Disney World or Disneyland; Neighbor Island Resort vacation; one year supply of gas, home makeover, etc.)
