Entries through Personal Finance Expo event must be on the official entry form (duplicate copies will not be accepted). Limited to one entry per person. The Hawai`i Council on Economic Education and the Hawaii Event Group (HCEE/HEG) will not be responsible for lost, late or stolen entries. All entries must be in by 4:00 pm on August 16, 2009. Internet: HCEE/HEG, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Give-Away, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Give-Away or downloading any materials in this Give-Away. The winners hereby consent (where legal) to the use of his or her name by HCEE/HEG for the purpose of advertising on behalf of the organization without compensation. All tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner. This give-away is subject to all Federal, State and Local Laws. HCEE/HEG reserves the right, without further obligation or liability, to cancel this give-away at any time. The chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
